The word Skol is a Scandinavian toast — a salute to those gathered, to shared purpose, and to what is built together. It is also a tribute to the Minnesota Vikings, a franchise that has been part of one family's life since 1965.
Born and raised in northern Minnesota, and later based in the Minneapolis area, Jeff Svedahl now calls Utah home — but the values that shaped him never left. Skol Holdings LLC is the vehicle for a portfolio of businesses rooted in real experience, deep relationships, and disciplined execution. Each company under the Skol umbrella is built with the same philosophy: do the work, earn the trust, and build something worth raising a glass to.

Jeff Svedahl is a Utah-based entrepreneur born and raised in northern Minnesota, and later rooted in the Minneapolis area for much of his career. He brings 25+ years of enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing experience at Choice Hotels International, Radisson Hotel Group Americas, Best Buy, and Target Corporation. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
He is the founder of Svedahl Property Management, a multifamily property acquisition and revitalization company with 30 years of operating history. He has traveled to more than 25 countries across six continents, and believes deeply that curiosity, relationship, and hard work are the three inputs that never go out of style.
The name Skol reflects his Scandinavian heritage, his love of the Minnesota Vikings — season ticket holders since 1965 — and his belief that the best things in life are built alongside people you trust.

Skol Solutions is a hospitality advisory and representation firm helping hotel owners reduce operating costs, create new revenue, and improve NOI through a curated ecosystem of vetted partner solutions. Built by two founders with a combined 55+ years of hospitality industry experience and over $1B in managed spend.
Freedom Roads is an international experiential travel company built on a single truth: the rest of the world has been told a false story about America. Born from the 2026 FIFA World Cup, when hundreds of thousands of international visitors went viral documenting their genuine amazement at the real America — small towns, open highways, county fairs, roadside institutions, and the warmth of everyday Americans — Freedom Roads channels that momentum into curated 1, 2, and 4-week immersive trips for international travelers.
MicroLink Edge is an edge computing concept designed for the hospitality industry. The model installs compact server infrastructure in hotel mechanical rooms, generating revenue for the property owner from compute capacity while using liquid-cooled server heat to offset the cost of heating the building's hot water supply — turning an unused mechanical room into a dual-purpose revenue and cost-reduction asset.
